Our processes are designed to ensure maximum precision in rack manufacturing for automotive parts—from concept to final delivery—optimizing results and ensuring customer satisfaction.
WAREHOUSE ORGANIZATION
A large raw material stock is key to ensuring efficiency and continuity in your projects.
We manage over 1,500 m² exclusively dedicated to raw material storage, enabling agile and efficient handling within our processes.
CUTTING & PREPARATION
We use advanced technology and continuous training to ensure quality and precision in every rack.
Our techniques include CNC laser and plasma cutting, press bending and cutting, as well as stamping and specialized CNC machinery.
ASSEMBLE & WELDING
At 4G North America, nothing stops production. Multiple lines operate simultaneously, 24/7, to guarantee on-time manufacturing.
We operate 12 high-quality MIG assembly and welding lines, ensuring strong and reliable structures.
QUALITY FINISHES: PAINTING & OUTFITTING
Every detail matters in the aesthetics and functionality of racks.
We have 3 painting booths and 5 outfitting lines to deliver flawless finishes and the necessary equipment to protect automotive parts.
LOGISTICS & DELIVERY: THE FINAL STAGE
Our robust infrastructure ensures on-time and successful deliveries, with 3,600 m² of warehouse space for finished products and specialized units for rack transportation.
DUNNAGE MANUFACTURING
We manufacture tailor-made dunnage to protect and organize industrial components, using materials such as polyurethane, polyurea coating, and thermoplastics (TPU, PVC, SEBS).
PLASTIC COMPONENT EXTRUSION
Our extrusion line reaches production rates of up to 200 kg per hour, equivalent to approximately five 2.5-meter cushion dunnage pieces per hour.
We work with materials such as polypropylene, polystyrene, TPV, and rigid PVC.
ZINC PLATING PROCESS
We offer galvanization services capable of coating surfaces up to 0.35m², achieving thicknesses of up to 20 microns.
Capacity varies depending on the size and specifications of the required coating.
